We service and repair air-conditioners,
heaters and evaporative coolers, as well as electronic air cleaners and humidifiers. Our labor rate is $85 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, plus parts, during our
regular hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. 24-hour emergency service is available for time-and-a-half ($127.50
per hour). Additional travel charges may apply - call for details. Ask for the Website Special: $10 off your next service call.
We also offer Residential Preventive Maintenance contracts
(RPMs). Our RPM customers are pre-scheduled for maintenance twice a year at a contract price, and receive a discount
on labor and priority scheduling for service calls.
