Equipment minimum requirements
- Split systems (gas/electric) must be 16+ SEER and a minimum EER of 13.
- Package units (gas/electric) must be 14+ SEER and a minimum EER of 12.
- Split systems (air source heat pumps) must be 16+ SEER and a minimum EER of 12.5 and minimum HSPF of 8.5.
- Package units (air source heat pumps) must be 14+ SEER and a minimum EER of 12 and minimum HSPF of 8.
